Dear Parents,
Warm greetings to you! We welcome your interest in Covenant
Christian School (CCS). As you may know CCS offers a Christ-centered
kindergarten through twelfth grade education. Our program
is based solidly upon the Bible and implemented by dedicated
Christian teachers and staff members.
You are encouraged to take a thorough look at the service
we offer. Ask any questions you may have. Your children
are priceless. Their education is worthy of such an investment
of time and effort.

I. Submit All Required Admission Items
The CCS Office should receive the following items before
the time of an interview:
Admission Application Form A: This
form is to be completed by the parents/guardian of the
prospective CCS student. Be sure to read carefully and
sign the Parent's Pledge on the back of the form.
Admission Application Form B: Parent
Questionnaire. This form is to be completed by the parents/guardian
of the prospective CCS student.
Admission Application Form C: Academic
Reference. The parent/guardian is responsible to get
this form to the teacher, principal or counselor where
the student is currently attending or most recently
attended. Submit most current report card/transcript
or a copy thereof, and current achievement test results.
The parent/guardian is responsible to see that the CCS
Office receives this information.
Additional requirements
for prospective CCS Junior High and Senior High
students: Admission Application
Form D: Student Questionnaire. This form
is to be completed by the prospective junior or
senior high student. Admission
Application Form E: Pastoral Reference.
The parent or prospective student is responsible
to give a Reference Form E to a pastor or youth
worker. The person completing the form is responsible
to send it directly to the CCS Admissions Office. |
II. Entrance Testing
The Admission Office schedules entrance testing, as
openings for new students are determined. Results and
recommendations are communicated to parents at the interview.
- Entrance Testing is $80 and is non-refundable
III. Interview
Once there are openings for new students, the CCS Admissions
Office will schedule interviews. Appointments will be
made from the CCS prospective student list for applicants
who have completed and submitted all the admission forms
and submitted all additional items required (see above).
IV. Finalize Admission
Once admission has been granted, the following must
be done to finalize the admission process, thereby reserving
a place for the new student on the roll for the appropriate
CCS grade level:
- Payment of the Registration Fee ($265 total).
- Parent signs the official request for the student's
cumulative records to be forwarded from the previous
school.
- This item applies to first through twelfth grade
students transferring to CCS.
- Filing a copy of the student's birth certificate.
- This item only applies to Kindergarten students.
- Completion of the Medical Treatment Form.
- Copy of immunization records turned in to office
(Green immunization and physical forms for first grade).
- Tuition Agreement signed and returned to the office.
V. Before The First Day
Parents must complete the following before the first
day of school:
- Complete Tuition Agreement and payment of first
month's tuition.
- Payment of student fees.
- Order school uniform (refer to ordering information
provided).
- Procure student supplies (refer to Student Supply
List provided).
